THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. -- Los Angeles Rams defensive end Robert Quinn says he was dehydrated when he spent a night in the hospital this week.Quinn returned to practice Friday with the Rams (4-5). But if not, the guys have got to rally up and keep it going. He said his doctors only gave one instruction: Drink more water.Im going to pay a little bit more attention to my hydration habits off the field, Quinn said.Quinn has started six of the Rams nine games this season, contributing two sacks and two forced fumbles on the Rams dominant defensive line.He led the NFC with 19 sacks in 2013 and had 10 1/2 in 2014, but the sixth-year pro struggled with injuries last season, eventually having season-ending back surgery.Quinn is backed up by Eugene Sims, who also returned to practice Friday after sitting out earlier in the week with a concussion.
