It’s what I wanted to do.”Knox entered professional football in the AFL with the New York Jets as offensive line coach in 1963, and played a key role in the recruitment of quarterback Joe Namath. He remained with the Jets until 1966, and was then offensive line coach with the Detroit Lions from 1967-1972. Former NFL running back Cierre Wood and his girlfriend were indicted on murder and 20 felony child abuse charges in the death of a five-year-old girl, the reports.Amy Taylor’s daughter, La’Rayah Davis, was found lifeless in Wood’s apartment in Las Vegas on April 9.
